Main and Magic is two years old! It's so exciting to be celebrating another year with our community. Having recently hit a huge milestone with the publication of our 50th episode, we're certainly looking ahead to what the next year has in store.

Summer might be coming to an end for some of you, so we thought it would be fun to take you to a place of endless summers, Hawaii! Today we are going to test your knowledge of Lilo and Stitch!

​Back in episode 45 and episode 46 we did a deep dive into the film's history, artistic style and more, and many of you were inspired to watch it again or to watch it for the first time. So this week we want to see how many of the details you remember with some Lilo and Stitch trivia!

20 years since its release to theaters, Lilo and Stitch seems to have ascended to the level of classic Disney animated films like Peter Pan, Beauty and Beast and The Lion King. But how did this movie, which greatly broke from the traditional Disney animated film mold, reach such success when other mold breakers like Treasure Planet and Atlantis more or less flopped?

A few weeks Katie and I were invited to be contestants on the Theme Park Trivia Show. We were so excited to have the opportunity to test our theme park knowledge and have some fun with a fellow themed entertainment creator. This show is internet based, but the production value is wonderful and Ryan brings all the whimsical details you'd want in a park based game show.

Katie and I sat down with Sheila and Steve from the Monorail Tales Podcast to talk about a very magical thing - friendship. We share how we met way back in 2001 during a short overlap of our Disney College Programs and the years of friendship that followed. And we breakdown how with the help of Katie's family, I was able to pull off an epic birthday surprise for her right in front of Cinderella Castle!
