In 2001 while on my Disney College Program at Walt Disney World I got to play Fairy Godmother to a sweet little girl...and then I went to my car and cried.

I sat down with Steve from the Monorail Tales Podcast to reminisce about visiting Disneyland Paris for its 25th anniversary.
I got to sit down with Steve and Sheila from the Monorail Tales Podcast to share my Disney story. I'm so grateful they took an interest in my journey and reached out. It was such a fun walk down memory lane.
We talked about how I learned about the Disney College Program way back in 2001 and the process of applying, getting accepted and moving to Florida. Some topics we touch on are: - what Traditions was like - how I found out my roles (I had 2!) and work locations - which role I liked best - what celebrity I helped - being on an opening team for a new location Ever since I became a Walt Disney World Cast Member and went through Traditions classes (initial training for all Cast Members where they learn about company culture and traditions) I've become curious and enthralled with all the details inside the Disney Parks. What really kicked it off was the part of training where we got a special tour of the park where we'd be working. For me this was Disney's Hollywood Studios (then Disney-MGM Studios).
